My weight can't make up it's mind. I did have a big supper last night. It wasn't too many calories, but too much food. I had two turkey burgers on whole wheat buns, sweet potato fries and this great sauce for the burger and fries my wife made. I was stuffed! I believe my waist is smaller. I think I'm just putting on some muscle. S yesterday.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 69.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
