Well I am not happy at all today!!! I thought for sure I had lost at least SOMETHING!!! I have been keeping great points this week, well for a month straight now and I basically have nothing to show for it! Not to mention I work out at least 45 minutes a day! It is so hard not to get down and out when this happens. I keep telling myself that hopfully it is because my monthly freind is surpossed to start today. That always makes a person feel HUGE!! Well, I guess I will just keep trying........what else can a person do! I know one thing, I won't give up!!!
161.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

Hang in there! Sometimes it's hard to explain why you lose weight one week and not another.. over time that number will keep moving down and you'll get where you want to go.
