This really sucks! I've been in the gym 2-3 days a week and my weight goes up? I don't eat junk food, dunno what I'm gonna do about this gain! AaaaArg!!!!
188.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
