glad i got on the scale after my workout. down 2 or 3 days in a row since i started really tracking. need to be on it but realize it can fluctuate day to day. happy tho! :)
179.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 59.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
