not been a good week. premenstrual sweet cravings lead to lots of snacking while driving for work, and one of my fast days bit the dust when a poorly husband and a rush for swimming lessons ended in chips. next week's another week...
154.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week

Ariom, it starts getting better this very second! Keep baby carrots in your purse everywhere you go...10 of them = 30 cal, 1 fat and 7 grams of carbs! We all have weeks like this so no worries! :-D
