2909 kcal Fat: 133.51g | Prot: 121.35g | Carb: 271.66g.   Breakfast: Nonfat Raspberry Greek Yogurt, flavia hazelnut, tlc chewy dark chocolate cherry, 1% milk. Lunch: potatoes, zucchini, butter , cedar plank salmon, altoids. Dinner: Chipotle Ranch Dressing, Peeled Baby-cut Carrots, Empanadas - Beef with Chile con Queso, Shrimp Ceviche, Chicken Taco, Red Salsa, Tortilla Corn Chips, Sauvignon Blanc Wine. Snacks/Other: caesar dressing , baby carrots, Special Dark Chocolate, Crispy Cheddar Crackers, 2% Cheese Sticks, Smart Pop 94% Fat Free Kettle Korn Popcorn. more...
