Happy if I lose a lb every 2 or 3 days. Mental focus on swimming at the lake when I start thinking of food. A little bite or taste is OK of something delicious. I don't need to eat it all to enjoy the flavor. New mind set.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
