Back on track! I've been watching my calorie intake and watching what I eat every day, and it's paying off. It sucks that I let myself go a couple weeks ago, but I just couldn't control my cravings. I just wanted to eat everything in sight, even things I don't particularly care for. But I also realized why that happened...my period, with only a separation of 2 weeks between cycles, which was quite irregular. So that means that for about 4 weeks, I had all the freaking menstrual symptoms back to back, and my body was out-of-whack - Bring on the endless cravings and painful bloating, amongst other symptoms! Woo! But my body has calmed down and now I don't have weird cravings and constant hunger anymore, and I'm losing the weight again. Does anyone have suggestions for combating cravings during that time of the month?
