Gosh the last 2 weeks have been bad, with baby's birthday then me getting sick with flu.....crazy. I'm just happy it wasn't a gain.
216.1 lb Lost so far: 28.7 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
