Not been doing too very well. Keep letting things in life send me back to eating, as if that will make things better. Only have three days to lose 4.5 pound to meet the challenge, but I am going to try.
I plan to drink only water, do isometrics every morning, treadmill each night, and try to do little things like pushups, walking in place, etc. all day long. I will get back on Thanksgiving. Then it will be time to start a new challenge and this time do it. Good luck to all.
