The hub and I decided to intentionally fall off the wagon and have a pizza and beer night last weekend. That didn't completely fix the cravings, so the next night we had a huge brownie and ice cream dessert. Of course, we felt terrible the next day, but now we're good for a while. Back at it and feeling great. We've both lost another pound or two.
