Made breakfast today. I made bacon, poached egg, fried potato (red potato cooked in micro cut up and browned in a little bacon fat) and flour tortilla. I was so good...2 eggs, 2 bacon and one tortilla then topped this off with an orange. I like eating regular food but cutting out the xtra fat. Didn't miss the potatoes and prefer my eggs this way nowadays. Staying on track!
