I'm not worried about the slight weight gain - I suspect that it's due to me weighing myself at a different time today than usual. Now that I'm watching my caloric intake, I suspect that my weight will decline steadily over the course of the next month. I am limiting myself to under 1,750 calories a day and all of these calories will be Slow-Carb diet appropriate. I am determined to get out of the 200 club and get my weight down to the point where I can see my abs. It should be a blast getting there!
