Kittism's Journal, 12 September 2015

My initial weight was a guestimate, going by what I had weighed at work on Wednesday. Today, I weighed on my Wii, and was actually pleased to see that my weight had decreased from what I expected. hopefully, when I return to work on Monday, I will see the same result. I would love to weigh 190 by the end of September!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1288 kcal Fat: 78.51g | Prot: 122.73g | Carb: 17.57g.   Breakfast: Sugar in the Raw Stevia in The Raw (Packet), Coconut Milk (with Water), Coffee. Lunch: Pepper, Cheese, Salad Dressing, Yellow Tomatoes, Dole Romaine Lettuce, Bland Farms Vidalia Sweet Onion, Pork Roast (Lean Only Eaten). Dinner: Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Thigh, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Leg, Chicken Breast (Skin Eaten), King's Kimchi. more...
