I'm starting the Alli pill and seeing if the fear of oily gas helps my eating. I definitely think about it more. Looks like I've stayed the same weight all month so this may kick start it.
130.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks. It really is an eye opener because I'm thinking more about the little stuff that I'm snacking on. The fat calories add up really fast.
