I began transitioning to working 3rd last night. I went to bed around 4:30 AM and didn't get up till about 11:30 AM.

Felt good to sleep in but in reality I didn't by getting to bed so late.

Tonight I'll stay up later and sleep longer in the morning. Hopefully by Sunday night my body will be ready for this even though my mind isn't.
I'm a dedicated 2nd shift'er (the shift so many doesn't want).

3 years ago when we were forced to do this for 8 months, I kept this schedule 7 days a week and it worked for me, so I'm doing it this way again.

I got to catch up on a lot of movies (on the weekend) since I couldn't be loud over night. This time I think I'll watch movies but do it while on the treadmill or bike.
210.6 lb Lost so far: 63.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
