Focused on learning how to do squats correctly today-- it's not an easy feat! Also worked on my core at home since I was tight on available gym time.
155.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week
