It was my big boy's 1st birthday this past weekend, soooooooo I'm happy with what I got weightloss wise considering..... :)

I did a lot of weights last week for 3 days, I'm sure that helped.
216.5 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
