hey that's the wrong direction!
I was at 245 a couple of weeks ago, my weight seems to randomly fluctuate over the month between 245 and 255 or so.
Now I'm pregnant and really worried about handling the pregnancy at this weight. I can't gain any more, I just know that would be a BAD thing!
I'm going to try to stick to 2000 calories a day of a variety of healthy foods, no refined sugars or sugary stuff. I don't want gestational diabetes! I usually have a hard time eating more than 1500 cal/day so I hope this works out, have to talk to my doc about it.
Also going to walk for 30 min/day at least.
