Things just don't seem to want to "move" in the morning. Probably not active enough. Too much standing in 1 place working at work and no time to do anything at home.

Maybe a 3 day weekend will help. Planning to be active all 3 days if the weather stays dry. If not, I guess I do still have a treadmill I keep tripping over....
212.6 lb Lost so far: 61.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.2 lb a week
