need to lose 90-100 pounds. not feeling good about myself. mom wants us to start walking. maybe can get started on that....
265.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I started walking with freinds at work in Jan 11 slow only a few lap around a gym floor. Still walking today on tread mill. doing more no though. Just start some where don't over do it. GOOD LUCK lost 20 lb so far 10 in the last 1 1/2 months cut my eating in 1/2.
