In the first month, I lost 6 lbs of bodyfat (2.2%, from 89 lb to 83) and gained 2 lb of muscle, for a total 4 lb loss. That is av 1lb/week which is very safe and steady.
Goals for this morth are to lower sodium and fat, and be consistent with 1300 calories. Contunie workouts 3x/week adn do more at home - watch tehe video workouts that Kevin posted and use my bands and ball.
