I can tell the inches are coming off and my clothes are getting loose in all areas (neck, waist, etc) but the weight isn't lowered. Most of my focus has been toward controlling my glucose with diet during the day, avoiding the peaks and valleys that affect my normal daily functioning; for the most part that aspect is working well.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
