I had a small splurge yesterdauy ONE tortilla with chile' rellanos (egg coat) and beans and spanish rice, all homemade, and it was marvelous!
I still lost, cause I am exercising and drinking water like crazy!
226.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.9 lb a week

That's pretty good willpower...I have to completely stay away from foods I crave to stop the cravings, as I can't stop at just a little bit! Keep going :)
