Today was a good first day back on the band-wagon! I just hung out around the house getting kids off to school, cleaning up, and doing lots of laundry. I ate a few small meals/snacks and I didn't have the huge pig out in the middle of the afternoon that I usually have - that was nice! I also didn't eat after 6:00 pm and I think that is going to make a huge difference. I am so bad at eating lots of crap late a night. I am hoping that when the boys come home from hunting tomorrow I don't have to deal with all kinds of fast food and "garbage" that I shouldn't be eating. It need to make it through a couple of weeks and I think it will be easier............. On to day number two! :)
