OK I am struggling to keep my calories at a decent place. That is due to my gig nights at which we get fed and have drinks. After tonight, no gigs for 4 days and nights. So should be able to get back on track. In the meantime, I will do my long workout today and keep the water up and the calories down.

4 days till I leave for my trip too. Still want to lose at least one more pound.
136.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

can you pack your own food and drink for the gig nights instead of eating what they provide? They would understand if you just said you were on a "health kick" or a special "elimination diet"

I could do that and to one of the places I should because their choices aren't great for people trying to eat well. The other place I had a gig offers good choices. So last night I ate their food which was brussel sprouts and grilled chicken breast. It was the chocolate that I just "had to have" after the gig that did me in.
