Did well this week...no drinking, stuck with my low carb diet, but ate quite a bit yesterday. Walked 2 times, assuming for 4 next week!
198.4 lb Lost so far: 35.8 lb.    Still to go: 73.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.5 lb a week
