Well, I had my last binge weekend before I hit the hard restart button. Enjoyed time with my friends from high school on a camping weekend and ate poorly and drank like a fish. But.... we did walk over 10K in steps every day and swam on Sunday. I still gained this week, but they kept complementing me on how good I looked so it motivated me to get back on track and tempted me with a new outfit they will buy me when I reach my goal. I love clothes and am kind of broke right now, so that is motivating to me. I am still struggling with the late night eating but am getting better at it. Helps to not have bad stuff in the house, then I am not tempted. I found popsicles are a good treat. Only 1 point and a fun summer treat on those hot days.

I think the heat is making me retain water - though it isn't bad now that I am back in MN - that Texas heat was terrible. And I was outside in the heat all weekend camping too. But enough excuses, I am back on track. On my way back from camping on Sunday I went for a hike/walk through Taylor's Falls. Then went kayaking when I got home. Both were very enjoyable activities. I was tired when I got home. Yesterday I got up and did Zumba for 16 minutes. I didn't get up in time to do more and tried to talk myself out of it because I couldn't do the whole work out, but.... something is better than nothing. So 16 minutes I did and then walked to work and went on a walk with the walking club after the WW meeting. This morning I made up with Jillian Michaels and did her yoga meltdown - I was late for work (but since I am the owner of a store, its' no big deal, especially since no one ever comes in early). I have to work at WW again tonight. Might even take up a third meeting. So... hoping being at a meeting three times a week will help keep me focused. Been tracking every day since Monday. That is so important and I just hate to do it... But... I hate filing too and that needs to be done too. Suck it up buttercup!
