Well, I'm still the same weight as yesterday. I'll take that as a good sign since I weighed in 2 hours earlier than yesterday. I just ate too much last week with company in town. I hope to focus on cutting back the calories and exercising more this week. I'm also cutting back on my heart medication. This should increase my heart rate to a more normal level. I hope this will help me burn calories too.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 69.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
