Well, Thursday, Friday and Saturday night I had gigs which means I drank a couple of drinks each night and on Saturday the gig included lots of food. I did partake of the food, including chocolate. I didn't gain weight (how I am not sure). But, back on track now. Really want to still try and lose at least 2 more by next Wednesday. So, here goes.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
