Can not seem to stay on tract! For some reason this always seems to happen to me! Usually a week into the plan, and yet again I have strayed! I have the foods I should be eating but can not keep in the straight line. Can not figure what it is that I am lacking that makes me like this! Plus up yet 2 more pounds!

Think about all the things you want to do when you lose the weight. Also, try to set mini goals for yourself that you will reward yourself for when you reach. Make it something that is special to you. Try to find a diet buddy who is doing the same style diet as you and talk to them EVERYDAY. HTH I know what you are going through, I really do.

Oh, and drink plenty of water, it really does help no matter what plan you are following.
