I exercised (but didn't record) 3 times this past week. I've been doing my best to watch my portions of all that I eat (but didn't record).
195.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.8 lb a week
