hello out there i thought i was losing about a pound a day but its actualy a pound every 2 days but its still ok im not working out right now but maybe later im eating less and drinking a glass of milk in the morning and lots of water thru the day remenber even a little dehydration causes weight to get stuck sow water is inportant
