Today I officially hit my 10%. I have lost a total of 25.4 pounds. It just seems like a great success for me and I am excited to tackle the next 25 pounds.
I know there is still a long road to go, but one day at at time and one success and sometimes slip ups at a time. One nice thing is I know this is not a temporary thing this time. It is a forever life style that once I reach goal I will still continue to track points and exercise.
