so i lost a pound but i am a little disappointed because during the week i was doing really well (was down 2.5 lbs) but as soon as my friends came in from out of town, i let myself slide. pizza and beers are never good. i cant have just one!
this week i will not let that happen! i really want to feel great/better about myself by christmas. 5 lbs is the goal by thanksgiving. 10 by christmas.
