Weighed myself in May I weighed in at 202 pounds so I went up but happily weighed myself last night and down 11 pounds.
New Diet
1,000 Calories
20 carbs per day
22-39 grams of fat per day.

It has been extremely hard to lose weight I have tried several things but nothing seems to work so I am going to try this diet plan with more aggressive workouts. Will be taking Hyrdroxycut S7 for help, my appetite has been small so that is a good thing.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 0.2 lb a week
