Am going to start afresh.

Am going to have slim fast for breakfast, a healthy sandwhich or soup for lunch and a homecooked meal for tea.
Am going to plan our teas weekly to help me to not stray.

Am also going to do 3 or 4 exercise dvds each week. (Can only manage the warm up and a couple of mins of exercise - but hopefully this will improve.)
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 7.0 lb a week
