Am going to start afresh.
Am going to have slim fast for breakfast, a healthy sandwhich or soup for lunch and a homecooked meal for tea. Am going to plan our teas weekly to help me to not stray.
Am also going to do 3 or 4 exercise dvds each week. (Can only manage the warm up and a couple of mins of exercise - but hopefully this will improve.)
