I lost a little weight today. Going in the right direction again. I went to the doctor yesterday and he seemed pleased with my physical condition. My heart rate was only 54, but it is probably the heart medication. He is going to let me cut back on it and see if that helps. I hope it will give me more energy and help me burn more calories. I have to keep my food intake around 2000 calories just to maintain my weight. Everything I read says I should be eating 3000. We will see if there is a change.
205.2 lb Lost so far: 69.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
