No change this week, but I am on target i don't want to lose it to fast otherwise I'll put it on just as quick.
Changing my habits are the most difficult like getting to the weekend and can't be bothered to cook. But things will change
I would like to be 147 by the 10th of sept but I will be happy if i reach 150 by then at least it's an average weight lose of 3lbs a wk
