I have plateaued! Exercise needs to meet in-take; or vice versa!
Good news, I still feel better than I did when I started. Just need
to commit myself to ridding of these 5-6 pounds!!
120.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
