looks like I lost 5 pounds in two days which doesn't make sense, considering I h=only worked out Monday so far, its probably just natural weight loss. I plan on working out later tonight but I might just take the dog for a walk because its extremely hot outside and inside where I live. I could workout inside but we don't have air conditioning and ill get extremely hot and such. I am just ranting now.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The key to weight loss is actually how much & what you take in. If you're eating less & eating healthy foods, there's a great chance of weight loss. You can exercise all you want, but if you still eat a lot, especially junk food, you won't lose. If you don't do a lot of exercise but eat less & eat healthy stuff, there's still a chance of losing weight. If you're like me & eat less when it's hot, then that's probably why you're losing even if you're not exercising much. This has been proven & the proof can be found on reliable websites. Keep cool as you're able & keep hydrated. I'm sure you feel good about your weight loss, whatever the reason, if that's what you're after. :)
