started on new diabetic meds and they seem to help keep my blood sugars in the 90s even when I eat a few carbs, like watermelon or a little bit of fried taters. I mean like a tablespoon, no large amounts of white food.

Went to the NAID and it was very pleasing to hear my neighbor's mother tell me she didn't recognize me because I lost so much weight. Mary has told me that I look little and so did Julie Cain. Those are all affirmation of my weight loss. Guess I'll keep it up. Before the meds my bs was anywhere from 75-120.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week

My beginning weight was 255. My biggest goal was to get under the 200 lb mark. Now, it will be a goal of 5 lbs at a time. I don't do well with one big goal, just several little ones.
