I need Buddies!!!! Doing TurboFire and looking for support. Im a higly motivated Excersizer and great Chef with loads of healthy eating tips. just trying to figure this all out. It's hard to balance workouts with work when i have long days. being On my feet for 10 hours after burning 650 cals in less then an hour is exausting!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Why don't you start a Turbofire challenge - you will then be able to "buddie" up with other people doing this programme. I had a quick look and there are 2 in progress - one has only just started which is a shame (you can't join it, if it has started). Either that or see who is on the challenge and send some buddie requests.

yeah, i joined one last week before it started. Suprised to find not many people are postning their results.
