Worked out 5 - 6 times a week. Weights, treadmill and Cross trainer. 1 hour work outs to start now 1.5 hrs when I have time.
Watching calories. Staying under 1700 calories a day quite easily.
159.2 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 15.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
