(= two pounds, I feel awesome! That was the perfect motivation to push me to continue loosing weight. I find that I'm even having to try to keep on track, choosing veggies over sweets is an easy decision and being a vegetarian helps things as well! ahaha!
136.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 14.0 lb a week
