Though I changed up my diet, and though previously I was 258.8, I went vegetarian this past week and actually feel really good! So rather than it show that I'm only down a pound, I'm actually down 2.4 pounds in one week not eating meat! I actually feel better, and got an hour of exercise on the treadmill at the community center. Need to get more time in at that place, I've got my sis's wedding coming in a little over a month! I found my pasta maker and my little chopper, so I need to start using those more. I'm going to go through the freezer and look for the veggies and fruit that I have put away, and I got an awesome recipe for a quinoa taboulleh salad from my girl Deej that's phenominal! Going to try to make lemon pasta tonight, I finally have a Saturday off where I don't need to go anywhere! I need to start staying off the computer more and start cleaning the house more. Today is chore day (clean off desk, wash sheets, do laundry, do dishes, clean kitchen, can't weed anymore since it's raining outside....) so yeah, back to lists on what needs to be done! Lets see if I can go another week of vegetarianism....found out I love Morningstar Farms breakfast sausage, and it's a good substitute for sausage on a cheese pizza :)
256.4 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 61.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
