Made it through the first day...not bad. I did try one thing different. When I have done low carb in the past I can usually do the first 3 or 4 days good then get an over whelming craving for food. not sweets so much just food. So this time I upped my calories to around 1200. Before I was averaging about 800 to 900. I think that played a big role in how i would feel in that amount of time. So we will see! Also my fat content was abit higher than I plan to do, but used it to help me feel content!
I am excited about the 30 pounds for Christmas challenge! That would just thrill me to complete the challenge and hopefully loose close to that!
