27/06/15 - I hope I can stick with a goal this time to lose weight. I notice that my weight back in 2003 was 84kg and now 2 years later I have gained another 3.5kg that I do not want. I need to somehow motivate myself to healthier eating and to do some exercise. I did manage 15 minutes on the walker yesterday for the first time in ages. I hope I can commit to at least 3 days a week on the walker and get my distance up.
