Good weight today! I have been really pushing on my workouts and trying to keep my snacking down. I think it has paid off. I had a great yoga workout last night and am looking forward to "bringing it" to my legs and back workout tonight.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 72.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
