I'm back on the ol' treadmill (inside is better because we're still waiting for spring in Nova Scotia). At least an hour a day. 5-6 days a week. Not super fast, but I'm steadily increasing speed. 45 miles (72 km) total in less than three weeks. The hardest part was starting. And the trick to keeping motivated is to do it first thing in the morning. And at home. Works a treat. And, as a bonus, I'm lighter!
257.4 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
